Who we are
Our team is a fragment of those who are chasing the next wave of coffee industry. We find sustainability the most essential. The term sustainability is not about how long we source the same coffee but it is most importantly about sustainability at origin level.
We carry only ethically purchased and sourced specialty coffee. Additionally, we would like to stress that we do not just use specialty coffee. We 'do specialty coffee' and everything in relation to the evolution of the coffee industry and its community.

Why Fragment?
Fragment is referred as 'part', 'detail' and it is also one of the styles in art. Our team interpret this term as 'composure' made by details or parts. For instance, meaning the kind of composure or fulfillment we find in an art gallery, as being able to take enough time to observe every surrounding, or when finding a small detailed ornament on a foundation stone of a building which tends to be easily unnoticed. Overall, the words 'part', details', fragment' creates composure of our minds.
We, as Fragment Coffee wish for our customers to find beautiful composure upon experiencing our coffee.
Our logo
Our logo is a huge flow toward the next generation of coffee industry. Everyone believes in what they do is a path towards 4th wave in coffee that is expressed by the thick lines in the logo.
The spiral flows stand for interactions of them thinking and doing differently but positively influencing, and are influenced by each other.
It may sometimes seem to you like inverted V60 dripper, a cut tree trunk, volcano, and etc. Good try!
We love a thought-provoking art, and certainly we want this to be interpreted in different perspectives.
What we make
We offer ethically sourced specialty coffee for anyone wanting to experience our integrity about coffee. We believe that the way in which we treat coffee is certainly one of the paths toward a better world. And of course, the most importantly we make sure our coffee delivers beautiful fragments to our customers.
