Shipping policy

When a coffee pre-order is placed, we roast the coffee on the day we designate for the specific coffee, we ensure that every single batch meets our standards, then the roasted coffee is eventually packed and shipped 1-2 days after it is roasted. The shipment is also notified to the customers via email as soon as the order is fulfilled.

Goods and merchandises are displayed only when in stock. It will also be notified via newsletter or social medias when back in stock.

 

Shipping range

Domestic shipping

Orders placed domestically are shipped within up to 2 working days. The parcel is track-able, and it is expected to be delivered in 2 to 3 business days in New South Wales, and in 5 business days across the country.

International shipping

We offer only selective international shipping.

Other countries - A list of the countries we are shipping are seen in the link of product pages. The list is regularly updated as the laws, rules and policies of each country and shipping couriers vary, and are affected by the international relationships.

Orders placed from the countries in the list are shipped within up to 2 working days. The parcel can be track-able depending on the couriers, and the expected delivery time is informed by Fragment Coffee Roasters through email submitted by the customer.

 

Shipping rates

Australia & New Zealand

The rate charges are standard flat rates of Sendle(courier) based on the total weight of the order that packages are taken into account, or the states. This rates are calculated at check-out and it is applied to only Australia.

Others

The shipping prices are calculated and decided based on the policies of Sydney based couriers of each countries. The price per weight or size will be clearly informed to the customers, The entire process is bound to be transparent and fair. The cases are completed as it manages to be safely delivered to the customers.

Items for delivery to the countries may be subject to customs duties and taxes levied by the destination country. For any item shipped, the customer as the recipient will be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country the items are shipped to. If the customer refuses the delivery charges, the customer is fully responsible for the delivery charges, any applicable tax and duties charges, and the cost for returning. 

 

Shipping methods

All the items are shipped in an appropriate size of satchels based on the weight of the order, and the items are protected by a bubble wrap when considered to be needed. Also It is potentially packed in a box when the order requires extra care, for instance, fragile products or heavy products.

 

Delivery rules

We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry.

While we endeavour to process all orders as quickly as possible, please note shipping times with be longer during peak promotional periods.
