It’s been 10 months since our last release back in 2025.
Over years, we have been waiting and monitoring Gesha Village to bring back to a certain quality in our memories.
‘Rarities’ that are top coffee lots that Gesha Village produce outside their auction lots, and these are often chosen by competitors in use of coffee competitions.
So yes, this is not an auction lot, and it’s a non-auction lot, but still top quality.
After hearing some positive feedbacks of how the samples from Pride of Gesha Auction were from our friends, we immediately got interested in how to bring some coffees from the particular sub-farms.
Based on the highest bidding price from all the lists this year, two sub-farms, Surma and Oma appeared the most outstandingly, and we luckily got some coffee from those farms, believing in its terroir of the year.
We are introducing 4 different lots simultaneously this time, and it is all natural processed, presenting clean and delicate cup profiles in common that all we are looking forward to from high quality Geisha/Gesha. Again, we are excited to release these lots after 10 months of hunting.

It is a light roast, thus the intensity of the brewed coffee would not be such a challenge to even non-coffee drinkers.
It is roasted for filter coffee because we believe that filter brewing method enable these lots to showcase its wide flavour spectrums. Our recommended recipes are,
- Brewing ratio : 1(coffee) to 16.5(brewing water) - this will give you a more delicate and elegant profile with more of floral notes
- Brewing time : around 02:20 to extract the most pleasant sweetness of this coffee.
- Brewing water temperature : 94 degrees Celsius water.
It is also very good with immersion methods such as Clever or Plunger.
- Brewing ratio : 1(coffee) to 18(brewing water).
- Brewing time : 3 - 4 minutes (medium coarse grind size).
- Brewing water temperature : 96 degrees Celsius water.
Reminder
- Generally coffee tastes much better and cleaner when at least a week old since roasted.
- Operate the camera app on your mobile, then place the QR code in the screen for additional information of the coffee.
